BTM - Olas Altas/Los Muertos beach area - Thirty-some units in this 47 unit ten story condo/apartment building are gay managed. Most one bedroom units have a double bed in the bedroom and are approximately sq. ft. with balcony, kitchenette, air conditioning, two bathrooms and a living room with a double bed. There is a large swimming pool on the ground level. Bay view from nearly all units, with the full Banderas Bay seen from middle and upper levels. Most units are basic accommodations, and are simply furnished, but all units with recent linens, towels and pillows.  The corner units on each floor are larger, and there are king beds in the these units, (except for the with two double beds), and in unit , and those on the 8th floor.
