At Fenway Health, we persist committed to providing high-quality, affirming sexual health services. To ensure financial sustainability, the clinic will begin billing for clinical services starting Tuesday, February 18th.
Please alert a member of the staff as soon as possible if you have concerns about your insurance or your ability to pay for the visit.
What does this mean for you? At the time of your appointment, we will request and update your insurance communication as needed. We will bill your insurance for the visit. A co-pay may also be charged after the visit. You may also be asked to pay a co-pay, depending on your insurance arrange and the call on type. Please transport your insurance data with you.
As always, any labs done through Quest will be billed to your insurance separate from your office visit with Fenway.

Can gay men give blood?
Gay and bisexual men are not automatically prevented from giving blood.
Men who own sex with men and who have had the alike partner for 3 months or more and meet our other eligibility criteria are able to give blood.
Anyone who has had anal sex with a brand-new partner or multiple partners in the last three months, regardless of their gender or their partner’s gender, must wait 3 months before donating.
We evaluate your eligibility to present blood based solely on your own individual experiences, making the process fairer for everyone.
If you are taking pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) or post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) you will be unable to give blood. If you stop taking PrEP or PEP, you will need to wait 3 months before you can give blood.
We appreciate that any deferral is disappointing if you want to save lives by giving blood.
