No gay NPCs?
Never once in my 5 years of playing have i come across any npcs that seemed to be gay, and there certainly don't seem to be any major lore characters that are gay.. what gives? Think we'll see any.. ever? :L
Edit: Wow, lots of replies.
Here, let me obtain a bit more in depth.. Am I asking for over-the-top gays in WoW? no, but they wouldn't hurt.
At the very least add a couple male couples, like there are straight couples.
Why? WoW is an enormous franchise, and exhibiting gay support could do something amazing. Hundreds of gay teens who play WoW would identify comfort and feel support through this; and it could very well result in the existence of a gay teen organism saved.. gay/lesbian teen suicide is very common these days; but not as common as the unacceptance. Exposure is key.. receive to is Blizzard.. show you care. :3

Brace yourself – Amazons upcoming MMO New World is lovely good.
Such a remark almost seems to defy expectation. Amazon Games last major effort was its doomed hero shooter Crucible – launched in May only to be killed in November. That game had been in development, in various forms, since , and yet it barely lasted six months – what hope was there for a full MMO with a vastly more complex world?
Thankfully, monitoring a hands-on preview session, New World is shaping up to be a far more rounded, enjoyable experience – albeit with one major caveat that well get to shortly.
Applying a mythological twist to the Age of Exploration, New World casts players as a castaway on the strange island of Aeternum, lost somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. Those who find their way to Aeternum detect themselves immortal, and that the strange properties of the unexplored land stretch to its plants, wildlife, and even ambient energies, creating forms of magic. This is no eternal paradise though – the island is under continual assault from an unnatural force established as The Perverted,

-such as myself. Just wondering because I rarely, if not ever but once, encountered someone in an mmo that said so. I dont go and ask everyone if they are lgbtq+, or even say I am unless its brought up, but Im just wondering how many replies this thread would acquire.

interesting questionI would say firstly this isnt technically an MMO in the traditional perception and secondly even though I am not same-sex attracted I would say that you could always build an LGBT corner or something (we have nation groups so why not?). I dont think many people use games appreciate this as a platform to discuss sexuality but it would be absorbing to see a people embrace gamers of all sexualities for once instead of using them as jumping off points for jokes. I certainly see forward to seeing what becomes of the thread.

I would suggest not creating a corner specifically for gay people, as it would invite alot of ridicule from alot of people round here, as there are alot of immature people round here,
